Responsibilities:
- Primary focus is acting as a Marketing HubSpot Administrator. Provides best-in-class guidance and subject matter expertise for leveraging HubSpot capabilities as well as system controls and integrity. Includes optimizing existing functionality as well as capitalizing on emerging trends and opportunities, through process as well as system enhancements.
- This role can develop and present recommendations leading to implementation of Marketing campaigns. The role may also help to define key business deliverables and metrics that matter, guiding the approach and measuring success.
- Operates in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment, guides and communicates the capabilities of HubSpot to support the Marketing and Sales teams. Seeks stakeholder input to drive consensus where needed to ensure full capabilities are met.
- Establishes and analyzes regular report metrics and related results, helping to provide suggestions for improvement tactics, and then executes accordingly.
- Administers system access in conformance with appropriate protocols and roles. Performs system functionality validation and resolves error diagnostics, including system integration checks, hard bounce, and sender scores, conducts root cause analysis, and addresses immediate needs and remediation to prevent recurrence.
- Provides regular reporting of system utilization, results, and accomplishments in concert with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Marketing/Business Management, or Computer Science/Information Management, with interest and aptitude in marketing, sales and technology.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience with utilizing and administering HubSpot marketing automation platform. Certifications in marketing automation platforms a plus.
- Experience with email and landing page development, custom data objects, forms tracking, closed loop reporting, analytics, and integration with Salesforce.com and other applications.
- A strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM, related utilization by marketing and sales teams, and associated metrics to gauge marketing results. Familiarity with Seismic and/or similar content management platforms a plus.
- Requires understanding of optimal customer lead journeys in coordination with marketing and sales processes and the ability to define and track success measures.
- Exceptional organization and communication skills, and ability to thrive in a dynamic marketing environment.
