Project Mgr Prin
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects within a matrixed environment. This role is responsible for driving full project lifecycle execution—from planning through completion—while ensuring safety, budget control, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality delivery. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, communication, and project management expertise, particularly in construction or industrial settings.

- Lead end-to-end project management for intermediate to complex projects or programs
- Plan, develop, and manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables
- Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with established standards
- Monitor project performance, control costs, and adjust funding allocations as needed
- Provide clear and consistent communication on project status to stakeholders
- Lead project meetings, planning sessions, and stakeholder presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and partners
- Drive accountability across project teams, including employees and contractors
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members and junior project managers
- Oversee contractor performance and coordinate field activities when needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective project execution and delivery
- Supervise direct reports (if assigned), including performance management and development
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- OR Associate degree with additional relevant experience
- 7+ years (Bachelor's) or 9+ years (Associate's) of project management or related experience
- Proven experience managing complex projects across full project lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality management
- Experience in construction, engineering, or industrial project environments
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to work in a matrixed team environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with construction safety standards and compliance practices
- Background in project estimating, project controls, or construction contracting
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools and methodologies
