Project Mgr Sr

We are seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead intermediate to complex construction and infrastructure projects. This role manages the full project lifecycle, ensuring safety, budget control, schedule adherence, and stakeholder alignment. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership experience, project execution expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
• Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a safety-first culture
• Monitor project performance, control costs, and adjust funding as needed
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders
• Lead project meetings, planning sessions, and stakeholder presentations
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and partners
• Drive accountability across project teams and ensure alignment with project goals
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members and junior project managers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective project execution
• Travel to project sites (~15%) for meetings and progress reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field
  • OR Associate degree with additional relevant experience
• Experience level based on role:
  • Project Manager: 3+ years (Bachelor's) or 5+ years (Associate's) relevant experience
  • Senior Project Manager: 5+ years (Bachelor's) or 7+ years (Associate's) relevant experience
• Experience managing construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of project management principles across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with construction safety practices and compliance standards
• Background in project estimating, project controls, or construction contracting
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop project team members
