Labor Relations Partner

The Labor Relations Partner (LRP) will report to the Director of Labor Relations in Dayton, Ohio and will be mainly responsible for labor relations and union avoidance. In this role, the LRP will be responsible for providing consultation and guidance to key stakeholders in developing strategies to maintain a union-free work environment. The LRP’s primary focus will be on designing and delivering training programs to educate managers on labor unions, the National Labor Relations Act, and best practices for positive engagement with employees.
