A remote contractor is needed for the role of Salesforce System Administrator. The role will create and manage changes to the system, modify/configure the system to increase benefits and usability.
Responsibilities:
- Daily administration and support of Salesforce including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations
- Manage system changes without interruption to the user
- Grant/ remove and maintain user licenses
- Communicate with users regarding new features, enhancements, and changes to the system
- Monitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance
- Continually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience
- Document company processes and workflows
- Develop process documentation and field maps
- Create new processes and associated reporting
- Import data as appropriate
- Monitor and manage exception logs for back-end system integration with SFDC
- Monitor and improve data quality
- Create and maintain dashboards
- Create and maintain reports including folder maintenance
Required:
- 4 years’ experience as a Salesforce System Administrator
- 2 years as Copado Administrator
- 1 year of Ownbackup data seeding
- 1 year with Salesforce utilities like Workbench and Dataloader
- Salesforce Administrator certification required
Desired:
- 2 years as Copado DevOps operations
- 1 year Ownbackup data backup and recovery
- 1 year Change and Configuration Management concepts and procedures
- 1 year Apex code
