We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Engineer with at least 3 years of direct end-user support experience to join our client’s team in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be proficient in customer service, traditional PC hardware support, Trellix endpoint protection, Jira Service Management, Confluence, ServiceNow, proficient in Microsoft Active Directory User Mgmt., Microsoft In-Tune Admin Center, Microsoft SharePoint administration, Office 365, and Windows 11.
