Client is looking for an Order Fulfillment Coordinator for a contract role providing assistance during the busy season – project will vary. You will follow current procedures while being able to pick-up new processes and apply them accordingly to perform your work.
Must Have for this role:
- 1 year + experience and high school education or equivalent
- Strong written and excellent verbal communication skills
- Great note-taking & organization skills
- Receptive to feedback
- Attention to detail

A successful candidate will have:
- High attention to detail, previous experience with excel and order processing helpful.
- Good communication skills, experience with email correspondence in a business setting preferred.
- MS Office experience is preferred (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Handle high volume of emails, and workload in a fast paced-environment.
- Ability to explain customer related issues verbally and in writing.
- Ability to manage assigned duties on a daily basis, which consists of balancing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Keep continuous accuracy of all data processed.
- Must be capable of taking on additional responsibilities and/or tasks on a daily basis or when business requires.
- Strong memory skills required due to the substantial amount of information (ability to data scrub an order).
- Perform primary job functions under minimal supervision.
- Ability to navigate multiple monitors.
Experience in the following is a plus:
- Salesforce experience
- Smartsheet
