Business Process Analyst – remote
A short-term contract role is available for a Business Process Analyst who will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, and others).

Location: Onshore - 100% remote
Required:
- Excellent English communication skills for interaction with multiple teams.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in a relevant role.
- Strong ability to maintain and develop workflows and perform process mapping.
- Ability to engage with the Finance team on billing, audits, and reconciliation.
- High importance: Expertise in process mapping, and proficiency in Lucidchart.
Cross-Department Communication:
- Collaborate with multiple areas of the organization to document processes related to product adoption, reconciliation, and billing.
- Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure accurate and efficient workflows.
- Maintain and prepare process documentation.
- Utilize tools like Lucidchart to create detailed process maps, including swim lanes to visually represent workflows and responsibilities across teams or departments.
- Manage current process maps and combine and update as needed.
- Have a foundational understanding of finance and accounting principles, particularly related to accruals, to ensure processes align with financial standards and practices.
- Understand of basic finance and accounting related to accruals a plus
Nice to have:
- Experience in publishing.
- Frequent collaboration with Finance and Sales teams.
- Preferred: Background in Salesforce.
