We’re seeking a mid-level Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and support solution delivery. Must have strong analytical skills, experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools, and excellent communication abilities. Agile experience and SQL knowledge preferred.**Location: Remote
Responsibilities
Requirements Analysis & Documentation
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
- Develop detailed business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and traceable throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Support testing activities by creating test cases, validating functionality, and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies; propose mitigation strategies.
- Act as a primary point of contact for business units during project execution.
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and status meetings to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Mentor junior Business Analysts and share best practices.
- Contribute to standards and templates for documentation and requirements management.
- Business Analyst experience (or similar role) – 6 years (Required)
- Business process modeling, requirements elicitation techniques, and documentation standards – 6 years (Required)
- Proficiency with tools (Microsoft Office, Visio, requirements management platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jira) – 6 years (Required)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills – 6 years (Required)
- Agile/Scrum experience, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria – 6 years (Required)
- SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation – 6 years (Required)
- Azure DevOps experience for backlog management and traceability – 6 years (Required)
