Senior Cyber Sales Rep – remote

We are seeking a Senior Cyber Sales Representative with a proven track record of selling cybersecurity solutions to mid-large enterprises and engaging senior executives (CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, and other IT/security leadership). In this remote role, this sales leader will work directly with the company's president/founder to drive new business, build strategies for sales growth, and close complex deals. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, operates with a consultative sales approach, and understands how to position technical services in executive conversations.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the President/Founder to develop and execute go-to-market and sales strategies.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target segments (e.g., healthcare, financial services, hospitality, government, enterprise markets).
  • Engage senior executives (CIO, CSO, CISO, VP IT/ Security) to understand business drivers, risk tolerance, and security priorities.
  • Lead discovery calls, tailored solution pitches, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Translate technical cybersecurity services into business value for executive stakeholders.
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities; track performance against key sales metrics.
  • Collaborate with technical practitioners internally to design client-specific solutions and refine offerings based on market feedback.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings (as needed).

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of enterprise B2B cybersecurity sales experience (solutions, services, or consulting).
  • Proven success selling to executive-level decision-makers (CIO/CSO/CISO) and navigating complex procurement cycles.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a track record of winning new and expanding business.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience creating and presenting sales proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and pricing structures.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while maintaining close collaboration with leadership.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity services such as penetration testing, risk assessments, and security consulting is strongly preferred.

  • Existing relationships with security and IT leaders in mid-large enterprises.
  • Comfortable presenting at industry events and engaging in thought leadership activities.
  • Prior experience working in or selling services for boutique or technical cybersecurity firms.
