We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support integrated marketing campaigns and brand initiatives across digital and print channels. This role is ideal for a designer who excels at visual storytelling, thrives in a collaborative environment, and can both maintain and evolve established brand standards while delivering innovative, high-impact creative.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, and project management to develop compelling visual content
- Design and produce assets for digital, social media, video, and print campaigns
- Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visual communications
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels
- Incorporate feedback and execute revisions with attention to detail
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, and workflows
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
- 3-7+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or in-house marketing environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, modern design, and high-quality execution
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong typography, layout, and composition skills
- Experience designing across multiple platforms and channels
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Understanding of accessibility standards and ethical design practices
- Experience creating motion graphics and short-form video content
- Familiarity with Adobe Express and template creation
- Experience with social media content tools (e.g., Slate or similar platforms)
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, PageProof)
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and emerging creative technologies
