Project Mgr Sr

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead intermediate to complex projects in a matrixed environment. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle while ensuring safety, cost control, schedule adherence, and stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, communication, and project execution experience, particularly within construction or industrial environments.
Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
• Develop and oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and promote a strong safety-first culture
• Monitor project performance, manage costs, and reallocate funding as needed
• Lead project meetings, planning sessions, and stakeholder updates
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly to all stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and partners
• Drive accountability across project teams and ensure alignment with project goals
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members and junior project managers
• Support continuous improvement of processes, systems, and project delivery methods
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • OR Associate degree with additional relevant experience
• 5+ years (Bachelor's) or 7+ years (Associate's) of relevant project management or related experience
• Demonstrated experience managing projects within construction, engineering, or industrial environments
• Working knowledge of project management principles across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk
• Proven ability to lead projects in a matrixed team environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced setting
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• 2+ years of experience in a dedicated Project Manager role
• Experience with construction safety practices and compliance standards
• Background in project estimating, project controls, or construction contracting
• Experience mentoring or coaching project team members
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
