Project Scheduler
Seeking a Scheduler/Scope Coordinator to support project teams in utilities or construction, managing schedules, analyzing progress, and ensuring timely project delivery.

- Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6, SmartSheet, or similar systems.
- Define activities, durations, work sequences, and milestones for project execution.
- Collect progress data and provide integrated cost- and resource-loaded schedules.
- Lead schedule review meetings with stakeholders and document action items.
- Track and report schedule risks, issues, and status updates to project teams.
- Support project management standards and organizational governance.
- Assist with user roles, system profiles, and scheduling tools administration.
- Prepare and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy.
- High School Diploma/GED + 5 years experience, Associate's degree + 3 years, or Bachelor's degree + 1 year.
- Experience in utilities or construction project scheduling, scope-of-work planning, or project coordination.
- Knowledge of project processes, procedures, budgets, forecasting, or cost tracking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel for complex spreadsheet work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Primavera P6, SmartSheet, or similar scheduling software.
- Knowledge of project management best practices and organizational standards.
- Exposure to cost analysis, resource loading, and schedule risk assessment.
- Team-oriented with ability to collaborate across project and functional teams.
- Professional certification (e.g., CCMP, CETa, IQCP, PMP, RMP) preferred but not required.
