Project Scheduler Assc.
Onsite Scheduler/Scope Coordinator needed to support Project Managers with developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules. Assist in cost/resource-loaded schedules, track progress, and provide updates to project teams for utility and construction projects. Some travel may be required (5%).

- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools.
- Support Project Managers in scope of work planning, milestone tracking, and schedule updates.
- Collect progress data, create schedule/status reports, and provide accurate project information to teams.
- Assist in integrated cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedule development.
- Support schedule review meetings, capture action items, and communicate schedule risks or delays to stakeholders.
- Adhere to project management standards and support continuous improvement in schedule practices.
- Develop understanding of project governance and organizational standards.
- Coordinate multiple scopes of work for projects of varying complexity.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Technology, Project Management, or related field.
- With a High School Diploma, minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in utilities, construction, project management, cost tracking, forecasting, and/or project budgeting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently under supervision and collaborate with team members.
- Experience using Primavera P6 or SmartSheet for project scheduling.
- Knowledge of utility operations and project management processes.
- Exposure to cost/resource-loaded scheduling and integrated project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and analyze schedule data for risks or delays.
- Self-motivated and capable of contributing to schedule analysis and process improvement initiatives.
