Project Scheduler Assc.
Onsite Project Scheduler needed to support Project Managers by maintaining, analyzing, and updating project schedules. Work 5 days/week, with occasional OT and minimal travel. Candidates with scheduling experience in utilities or construction management preferred. Knowledge of Primavera P6 is a plus. Potential to convert; local candidates preferred.

- Assist in developing and maintaining scope of work schedules using assigned systems (Primavera, SmartSheet, etc.)
- Support integrated cost-loaded, resource-loaded, and logic-driven schedules for major projects
- Collect progress data, track milestones, and alert teams to schedule risks or delays
- Assist with schedule review meetings and document clear minutes and action items
- Provide consistent, accurate schedule status updates to Project Managers and stakeholders
- Follow project management standards and governance procedures
- Coordinate multiple scopes of work projects with varying complexity
- Support continuous improvement and adherence to organizational best practices
- High School Diploma + 2 years relevant experience or
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Technology, or Project Management (no experience required)
- Experience with utility operations, design, planning, project management, cost tracking, forecasting, or construction systems
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Experience with Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling tools
- Background in utilities or construction project scheduling
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams
- Familiarity with cost-loaded, resource-loaded, or logic-driven scheduling
