Channel Operation Analyst: Level 3

We are seeking a detail-oriented Channel Operations Analyst to support and optimize third-party distribution channels. This role focuses on data management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate data flow, streamline operations, and support strategic initiatives. Ideal candidates are analytical, highly organized, and experienced in managing complex datasets in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day channel operations, ensuring accurate data alignment between internal systems and external partners
  • Monitor, validate, and reconcile data across multiple platforms; escalate discrepancies as needed
  • Collaborate with Sales, Analytics, and cross-functional teams to support operational processes and requests
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for distribution processes and channel operations
  • Support channel initiatives, including process improvements and operational enhancements
  • Assist with issue resolution and escalation related to channel performance and data discrepancies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, data analysis, or channel/distribution support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Experience managing and reconciling large datasets across multiple systems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or data management systems
  • Exposure to data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or business intelligence querying
  • Understanding of data governance, system integrations, and metadata management
  • Experience in distribution channel operations or related industries
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiency
