Integration Specialist, remote
We are currently seeking Integration Specialists to join our Platform Integrations team in a remote capacity. Reporting to the Manager of Platform Solutions & Integration, this role focuses on driving customer success by providing expert guidance, training, and support to college-level faculty and administrators, enabling them to maximize the potential of our solutions.
As an Integration Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing student experiences by ensuring seamless integrations. Your efforts will contribute to increased student engagement, affordability, improved educational outcomes, equity, and long-lasting customer relationships built on trust and loyalty.

- Training hours: 6/1 - 6/17 Mon- Fri (11:30 AM EST - 2:30 PM EST)
- Hours after training: Flexible hours between 7 AM - 9 PM EST
DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct individual and group consultations via Zoom to deliver expert guidance, training, and support for Learning Management System (LMS) integrations.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of client's digital products (Connect, SIMnet, ALEKS) alongside foundational knowledge of learning science and instructional design principles.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support customer retention efforts and drive new business opportunities.
- Manage integration processes for both new and returning customers, ensuring optimal outcomes and a seamless user experience.
- Provide prompt follow-up to meetings and address customer inquiries related to integrating client's digital solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues through research and collaboration across team members.
- Participate actively in team meetings, strategy discussions, and professional development activities.
- Assist with specialized projects and activities across teams when needed.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of client's products and services by sharing valuable customer feedback to inform updates and enhancements.
Must Have for this role:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years' experience in customer success or similar role related to software implementation (Higher education experience preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with client courseware solutions include but not limited to Connect, ALEKS, SIMnet
- Previous experience with major Learning Management Systems (Blackboard, Canvas, D2L, Moodle)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; focused on effectively training and supporting customers with varying levels of technical acumen
- Ability to excel in a remote setting. This is primarily a work-from-home position.
- Positive attitude, purpose-driven spirit, and growth mindset for embracing challenges
