Seeking a Procurement Analyst for a remote contract opportunity working within the Procurement department ensuring compliance with prevailing wage requirements to qualify for nuclear tax credits.

Responsibilities:
Support the prevailing wage reporting process by:
- Checking that qualified work completed at the nuclear site has been reported by the respective contractors in a third party on-line system.
- Reconcile contractor reported payrolls in the system to a site report of completed work.
- Contact contractors to address reporting discrepancies including late reports, missing data, and non-compliant wages.
- Contact contractors to determine whether on-site work should be reported in the system.
- Provide periodic reports regarding contractor compliance with prevailing wage requirements.
- Other administrative duties as needed to support the process.
Experience:
- Microsoft experience (Excel, etc.)
- Experience with prevailing wage laws would be helpful, but not required
- Hours worked need to occur in the timeframe of 8a-5p
- Nuclear experience is NOT required
- Typically has at least 4 years of experience performing this specific job function and requires minimal managerial oversight/direction.
