Seeking an HR Compliance Advisor for a contract opening in Newark, NJ. Working together with the Sr. HR Consultant – EEO/AA and Sr. Manager, Employee Relations, serves as a subject matter expert and primary liaison for the administration and continuous improvement of the Company’s Workplace Accommodations Program and Office of Accessibility Programs initiatives. This role will also complete reporting and liase with external vendors regarding Affirmative Action Program and EEO Compliance requirements.
