We are seeking a software engineer to join our AI Platform team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in building and operating full stack applications. This role requires an individual who can build and integrate software solutions across the full stack, driving forward our AI initiatives and ensuring robust and scalable systems.This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
- EST hours are preferred.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain AI platform and AI-powered tools/applications, including generative AI solutions that are reliable, maintainable, and scalable.
- Develop and maintain software solutions that comply with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.2 AA.
- Integrate accessibility best practices into code, testing, and design processes.
- Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Implement best practices for application security and ensure compliance with relevant data privacy and protection regulations.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes to allow for smooth releases.
- Contribute to cloud infrastructure, optimizing for performance, cost, and security.
- Promote engineering best practices within your team to ensure quality, stability, performance, resiliency, and maintainability of your software.
Must Have for this role:
- Strong hands-on experience across the full software stack including Frontend (Angular/React), Backend/API (Python/Node.js), Databases (such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB), and Infrastructure (AWS/Azure, Terraform).
- Someone with experience in developing and maintaining the software solutions that comply with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.2 AA.
- Experience implementing accessible features in web applications.
- Proven technical abilities in software development, testing, monitoring, performance tuning, and deployment pipelines.
- Strong technical communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for technology and commitment to staying current on AI advancements.
- This person will be working independently and also collaborating with other teams when required.
- Need strong experience in Python or Node.js and Angular experience.
- Required some sort of experience in Database like SQL, PostgreSQL.
- 3+ years of experience in product or enterprise software development.
- AI experience is not mandatory, they should have some sort of knowledge.
