The UX Researcher will support strategic customer and employee experience initiatives focused on emerging digital capabilities, artificial intelligence, and customer-centered product development. This role will partner with Product, Technology, Design, and business stakeholders to identify user needs, validate solutions, and deliver insights that inform product and experience decisions.Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct UX research activities including interviews, surveys, usability testing, workshops, and concept validation.
- Facilitate stakeholder, discovery, and design thinking workshops to identify needs, align teams, and explore solution opportunities.
- Analyze findings and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Develop research deliverables such as personas, journey maps, and research summaries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support customer-centered decision making through evidence-based recommendations.
- Independently conduct research activities while also supporting the UX lead with research planning, participant recruitment, facilitation, analysis, and synthesis efforts.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX research experience.
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
- Strong research, synthesis, and communication skills.
- Experience working with product, technology, and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Human Factors, Anthropology, Sociology, Information Science, Design Research, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience preferred. Without an associates degree, at least 4 years experience is required; with a HS Diplioma/GED, at least 6 years experience is required.
Preferred
- Experience with digital products, customer experience, or emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled products and services.
