The Endpoint Computer Refresh Analyst is responsible for planning, preparing, configuring, and deploying endpoint computers as part of the client’s enterprise hardware refresh program. This role ensures that laptops, desktops, and tablets are properly imaged, secured, documented, and delivered to end users with minimal disruption to operations. The Analyst works closely with Desktop Engineering, the Service Desk, IT Asset Management, and other IT teams to maintain a smooth lifecycle process for all endpoint devices.

**This position would be hybrid, with 3 days a week in the office and 2 days a week remote. During the first couple of weeks of training, they may be in the office up to 5 days a week.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate and execute the full lifecycle of computer refresh activities, including device preparation, imaging, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-deployment validation.
- Configure laptops and desktops using standard Intune and SCCM imaging processes, ensuring proper application of policies, security baselines, and required software.
- Prepare devices for end users, including peripheral setup, profile configuration, and verification of connectivity to client systems.
- Conduct scheduled deployment events, workstation swaps, and desk-side refreshes across all client locations.
- Apply Intune policies, compliance rules, and application deployments to refreshed devices, ensuring alignment with security standards.
- Support mobile device refreshes (iOS/Android) as needed, including enrollment, configuration, and validation.
- Partner with the IT Asset Management Analyst to track device inventory, refresh eligibility, and replacement cycles.
- Maintain accurate CMDB records of device assignments, serial numbers, lifecycle status, and disposal documentation within the IT Service Management tool.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees receiving refreshed devices, providing clear instructions, training, and support during transition.
